Part-Time Position
Hourly rate: $20.00
Monday-Friday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: Flexible
In-home and community based position working with children and young adults with Autism. The Behavior Technician will work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The Behavior Therapist/technician will be responsible for implementing the behavior intervention plan, collect data on target behaviors, behavior goals, and daily living goals. The Behavior Therapist must be able to work independently and think critically to problem solve situations which may occur.
Working hours will be based on the need of the child and family. Most working hours will be needed during the evenings Monday-Friday and throughout the day on weekends.
Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience: Have either (A) A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health field, behavior analysis, or a related field, plus one year of full-time equivalent experience working with children with a diagnosis of ASD.
OR
2. An associate’s degree or an equivalent number of credit hours with a passing grade from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health field, behavior analysis, or a related field, plus two years of full-time equivalent experience working with children with ASD.

Late afternoon and evening. Weekends available.
